. This entry-level, hands-on role is designed for individuals who want to start in B2B sales and progress into sales leadership, account management, and management roles through structured training and mentorship.

• Learn B2B Sales Fundamentals: Engage with local and regional business owners to understand their needs and introduce tailored solutions.
• Execute Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product overviews and presentations with decision-makers.
• Support Account Management: Assist in maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.

• No prior sales or management experience required — full training provided.
• Location: On-site and field-based B2B meetings in the Salt Lake City area
• Compensation: Base pay plus performance bonuses and uncapped commission
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (business hours)
• Growth Path: Structured Sales Management Training Program with advancement into Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Leadership roles
