Commercial Rental Sales Account Manager – Tukwila WA

Job Overview

Carrier Rental Systems is seeking an experienced, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role you will utilize your skills and focus on front-facing industrial/commercial customers in rental sales. You will sell rental solutions including industrial chillers, hot water boilers, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, electric and gas heaters. The role will cover the Pacific Northwest and must be within commutable distance to our Tukwila, WA office.

• Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sale of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
• Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with customers.
• Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management.
• Consult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
• Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in outside HVAC sales.
• Ability to pass an MVR background check.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Rental industry experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• Self‑motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 and $158,000, depending on skills, education, and experience.

Short‑term cash incentives may be available subject to plan requirements.
