Lind Fast Solutions Group is seeking an Industrial Fastener Inside Sales Representative to join our Tukwila, Washington team. This is an in‑office position supporting industrial distributors, manufacturers, and OEM customers by providing quotations, processing orders, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced industrial distribution environment. Previous experience in industrial distribution, fasteners, MRO, construction supply, manufacturing, or wholesale distribution is highly preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with strong sales aptitude and a desire to learn the fastener industry.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, quotations, lead times, and order status via phone and email.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer applications and requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues including order changes, returns, shipment questions, and product inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and industry expertise.

• Inside sales, customer service, or account management experience in industrial distribution, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, MRO, construction supply, or related industries preferred.
• Experience selling or supporting industrial fasteners, industrial hardware, or related products is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
