Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations and recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and achieve sales goals
• Sell via in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and customer accounts
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to build customer relationships and handle customer concerns empathetically
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
• Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously and lift up to 25 pounds
