Outbound Call Center Agent – Appointment Setter (High Performance Role)

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM;
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM;
Tuesday / Sunday - OFF.

• Making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Getting past gatekeepers and engaging homeowners fast
• Handling objections without hesitation
• Closing for in-home consultation appointments on every call
• Hitting (and beating) daily and weekly booking targets
• Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM

• You’re confident on the phone and don’t get rattled
• You know how to push past objections and ask for the close
• You bring energy, urgency, and focus every day
• You don’t need to be micromanaged
• You care about performance, not just showing up

• Experience in outbound calling, sales, or appointment setting preferred
• Home remodeling / home services experience is a major plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection and keep dialing
• Basic computer and CRM skills
