Overview
Become an elite Sales Tech in a niche we dominate. You ll receive 4-6 job leads every day, focusing on chimney safety, cleanings, and repairs. We offer a base-plus-commission W-2 role or a 15% commission 1099 role.
Responsibilities- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
- Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets - Month 6:
Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$144K annualized) - Year 1:
Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
