Service Account Executive – Tukwila, WA

The Service Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing assigned service accounts by building strong customer relationships and driving recurring service revenue. This role focuses on customer retention, account growth, and identifying new service opportunities while working closely with service operations teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned service accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service needs and inquiries
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services
• Prepare and present service proposals, pricing, and renewal agreements
• Coordinate with service managers and field teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Track account activity, service performance, and sales opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns and
  * escalate* issues as needed
• Maintain accurate account records and forecasts
• Support customer retention and long-term relationship development

• Experience in service sales, account management, or customer relationship roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Understanding of service operations or mechanical services preferred
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred
