Security Officer Driver Patrol Coverage in Tukwila, WA. As an unarmed patrol officer at a community-focused residential location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license.

$24.75 per hour

Tue 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM, Wed 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM, Thur 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM, Fri 05:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Sat 05:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and or potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned spaces to help support site rules and report observed issues.
• Document incidents, observations, and or daily activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
