Operating a forklift to safely and efficiently load and unload Mutual Materials products, including loading company trucks and customer vehicles.

The role is customer-facing; providing exceptional service is essential to maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships.

Additional responsibilities include hand‑loading customer vehicles as needed, maintaining the yard, managing inventory, breaking down pallets, and handling shipping and receiving documentation.

Outdoor work in all weather conditions. On‑the‑job training will be provided to all new hires by experienced Mutual Materials employees.

• Similar or related work experience in the building materials industry is preferred.
• Great customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a fast‑paced distribution team.
• Physical capacity to lift 70+ pounds occasionally; ability to remain on feet most of the day; bending, twisting, and lifting required.
• OSHA certified forklift certification or experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with masonry products, stone, and/or construction practices is a plus.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
