Greenwood Heating and Home Services is hiring Plumber Apprentices for full‑time, non‑exempt positions. A Washington State Plumbing Trainee License is required for hiring. Candidates should be committed to customer care, teamwork, and learning new skills beyond field work.

Full‑time, non‑exempt. Pay ranges from $22‑$26 per hour, discussed during interview. Hours may exceed 8 per day and 40 per week during busier times.

Field service in the greater Seattle area, covering Everett, Federal Way, and North Bend. This role is for the Everett location.

• Collect information and data about installed equipment, noting component levels and readings.
• Coordinate with office staff to obtain correct materials and equipment from shop to match customer purchases.
• Install hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, boiler systems, and provide plumbing services.
• Engage with clients professionally to identify needs and consult leaders for issues beyond your knowledge area.

• Communicate confidently with homeowners and team members by phone and face‑to‑face.
• Provide detailed debriefs to office staff or homeowners about field findings.
• Offer service-oriented interactions, empathize, and resolve challenging scenarios.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Plumbing experience preferred. Trainee license required.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Remain on feet or knees for extended periods.
• Work in crawl spaces and attics.
• Operate ladders and drive a company vehicle.
