Pay Range

Target Pay Range: $80,200.00 – $97,800.00 annually. Full Pay Range: $62,400.00 – $ annually.

Location & Remote Work

Eligible candidates must be residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California or Virginia. Washington residents within reasonable commuting distance of Tukwila are required to work onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; all other eligible locations may work remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Web Solution Delivery: Execute digital web solutions that support campaigns, product initiatives and member experience enhancements across BECU’s platforms.
  • Front‑End Development: Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS tools.
  • DXP & Platform Migration Support: Contribute to the Digital Experience Platform initiative, including the transition from Sitecore to Optimizely.
  • Personalization & Targeting: Deliver tailored digital experiences by supporting personalization and audience‑targeting efforts.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.
  • User Experience & Accessibility: Ensure all solutions align with UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG/A11Y) and responsive design principles.
  • Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation and delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Testing & Optimization: Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve digital performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve front‑end issues to ensure seamless, reliable user experiences.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure web experiences meet brand, SEO, legal, regulatory and ADA compliance requirements.
  • Technology Integration: Support integration of marketing technologies and tools into web platforms.
  • Analytics‑Driven Improvements: Leverage data insights to refine and optimize digital solutions.
  • Documentation & Process: Document workflows, technical requirements and implementation processes.
  • Ownership & Execution: Independently manage assigned work from initial direction through successful completion with strong accountability.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience in web development, digital solutions or digital marketing technology roles.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
  • Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
  • Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
  • Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
