• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience, guided by the SP+ Promise; answer questions, offer city directions, and ensure every interaction is positive.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and perform duties as scheduled.
• Carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license at all times while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Report accidents, violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Provide thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist customers with seamless transportation.
• Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, particularly at airport locations.
• Help the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.

Education/Experience
:
Less than high‑school education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.

License Requirement
:
Valid CDL Class A, B, or C with Passenger Endorsement, maintained per DOT regulations.

DOT Medical Card
: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.

Availability
:
Shift work may include 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.

Language Skills
:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to present information in one‑on‑one situations.

Mathematical Skills
:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with American currency.

Appearance
:
Maintain a neat and clean appearance; wear uniform at all times.

Physical Demands
:
Stand, walk, use hands to handle cash and equipment, occasionally sit, climb, or balance; lift up to 75 pounds.

$30.00 – $34.00 per hour
