Security Dispatch Operator; PAS-WA

Pal American Security - Dispatch Position

Basic requirements: 18 years and over & 6 months of dispatch experience.

• Full‑time position with an average of 40 hours per week

• Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience
• Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment
• Coordinate information for pass‑downs with Operations
• Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately
• Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed
• Ensure all shifts are fully manned
• Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
