Delivery Driver

We are currently looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team. Reliability and customer satisfaction are key for the role. The job involves picking up and dropping off items along assigned routes and schedules, with emphasis on safety and timeliness. When not delivering, drivers may assist the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, inventory management, and cycle counts.

Our delivery drivers are the primary representatives of our company and must present themselves professionally and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Provide superior customer service and go above and beyond normal expectations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Present a professional presence that creates trust and credibility
• Load, transport, and deliver high-quality products to customers safely and on time
• Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
• Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure safe loading/unloading practices
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules
• Comply with transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Prepare delivery-related reports and documents
• Assist with warehouse duties (picking orders, cycle counts, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
