Warehouse & Service Coordinator

Full-Time

NELBUD is seeking an organized and hands‑on Warehouse & Service Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, inventory management, and technician coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast‑paced environment, and helping keep field operations running smoothly.

This position works closely with technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership to support service operations, warehouse organization, purchasing, fleet coordination, and day‑to‑day branch needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate daily schedules and service calls for field technicians
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service needs
  • Manage inventory, materials, tools, and equipment for the branch
  • Process purchase orders, vendor orders, and receiving documentation
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment tracking
  • Assist with fleet coordination, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle records
  • Support onboarding, safety documentation, and administrative reporting
  • Work closely with management to help improve operational efficiency
  • Assist technicians and field teams with operational support as needed
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to problem‑solve and work independently
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, warehouse operations, or service coordination preferred
  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical, service, construction, or field operations environments is a plus
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and move materials/equipment as needed
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting daily demands
