Salary Range: $25.50 - $25.50 Hourly

Beginning of Week (BOW) Day Shift
- Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM with rotating weeks.

• Week 1:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• Week 2:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

End of Week (EOW) Day Shift
- Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM with rotating weeks.

• Week 1:
  Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2:
  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

$25/hour starting wage + $0.50 shift premium. Also, our performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential!

As a Warehouse Worker at our Tukwila Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry.

• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Safety First:
  Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
• Inventory Management:
  Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment

• Positive Attitude & Work Ethic:
  Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team
• Dependability:
  Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience:
  
  Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!
