Senior Accountant

Location: Tulare, CA (Onsite)
Pay: Starting at $35/hour, higher pay available for the right experience

A well-established agriculture company in the Central Valley is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join their team in a high-impact, hands-on role. • Heavy general ledger accounting

• Month-end and period-end close activities

• Banking and ACH transactions, including reconciliations

• Managing accruals, prepaid expenses, and property tax accounting

• Supporting process improvements, including initiatives around AP automation

• Assisting with accounting functions beyond standard AP and AR

• Strong experience with full-cycle GL accounting

• Proven background in month-end close and reconciliations

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)

• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional departments

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needed

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Accounting degree is a plus, but not required

• Experience with Famous software is a plus

• Onsite, Monday–Friday, standard business hours
