Via is seeking a Customer Service Representative, TCRTA, to connect our technology with riders and drivers across cities. You will keep on-demand services running smoothly and gain hands-on experience within the Operations team and mobility services.
No prior call center experience is required; what matters is a willingness to learn and to deliver great service. Salary is $22/hour, 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday. Via is an equal opportunity employer.
