Night shift (3rd shift): 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (1900–0730)
Full-Time: 36–48 hours/week
Rotating weekends and holidays required
Auto-offer position
Possible float to ER as needed
Position Summary & Responsibilities:Provide coordinated, high-acuity nursing care to ICU patients using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Monitor patient status and respond to critical changes using clinical judgment
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
Document care accurately using Cerner (preferred system)
Requirements:Active RN license in California (Required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
Minimum acute care or ICU experience preferred
BSN preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Cerner (preferred)
