Position Summary & ResponsibilitiesProvide emergency nursing care in high-acuity ED setting
Triage, assess, and stabilize patients of all ages
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
RequirementsAcute care or ER experience preferred
Strong critical thinking in fast-paced environment
