LVN; PRN

Medcor is looking to hire a LVN/LPN on a PRN basis (as‑needed) to be an Onsite Health Nurse in our employer‑based occupational health clinic in Tulare, California. The clinic operates Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm. Compensation range $32‑34 per hour depending on experience. No guaranteed hours; apply if you have availability for occasional shifts.

• Collaborate with Medcor medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure.
• Provide patient care and ongoing workers’ compensation case management.
• Facilitate Return to Work (RTW) program and monitor treatment plans.
• Work closely with outside medical providers.

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence‑Based Medicine protocols (Medcor Care Protocols).
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
• Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Perform Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).
• Manage case documents.
• Conduct medical charting.
• Maintain OSHA records.

• Valid licensure as LVN/LPN.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and technology skills with familiarity with EMR software.
• Ability to lift a 50‑lb emergency response bag.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality willing to go above and beyond.
• Passion for people and delivering the best possible care.

• Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment.
• Relevant occupational health experience.
• Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
