TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Tulare, California.

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
• Document medical history, allergies, vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well-being.
• Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries, and plan long-term care needs.
• Work with a diverse team to evaluate, triage and implement care following physician instructions.

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; able to lift 20 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Good stress‑coping skills and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS, 2 Years (additional certifications may be required before assignment).
