Registered Nurse; RN - OR - Operating Room

Adventist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Operating Room (OR) position in Tulare, California.

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in the OR, supervises nursing staff, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams using critical thinking and professional judgment.

• Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care needs.
• Develops and implements care plans, coordinates care delivery, and promotes a safe environment.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a healing, humane setting.
• Provides health education to patients, families, and team members.
• Aids in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of the healthcare team.
• Performs additional job‑related duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Acute‑care facility experience preferred.
• Licensure: RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR or BLS (or HS‑BLS or RQIBLS) required; ACLS required; PALS or HS‑PALS or RQIPALS required.
