• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform focused assessments, and adjust care plans as conditions change.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record and ensure clear communication across shifts.
• Respond to emergencies, implement physician orders, and participate in coordinated discharge planning and family education.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and equipment management; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

• Active RN license in California
• ICU nursing experience or demonstrated critical care competency
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Willingness to participate in credentialing and onboarding processes for a travel assignment
