Overview
Registered Nurse – ER in Tulare, California, starting 08/17/2026 for an 8‑week travel assignment. Earn $593‑$642 per week with a 36‑hour weekly schedule consisting of evening, 12‑hour shifts. - Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, recognize and respond to changes, and administer medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and advocacy; maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in rapid assessment and stabilization during emergency events; prioritize care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Active California RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of ER or acute care nursing experience
- Ability to work evenings and 12‑hour shifts in a fast‑paced ER setting
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing (RN)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required for travel assignments
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Weekly pay range: $593‑$642
