- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion.
- Document care and outcomes accurately; communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
- Active California RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- ICU or critical care nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
