• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor status and adjust care as needed.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; provide guidance and support.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion.
• Document care and outcomes accurately; communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.

• Active California RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts in a hospital setting.
