RN - Medical/Surgical (Epic)

Tulare, CA

Contract | Day Shift | 36–48 Hours Per Week | Onsite

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
• Each position in work history must include the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used in a single role, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was utilized
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee of an organization

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience

• Opportunity to contribute to a significant Epic EMR conversion at an established acute care facility
• Consistent day shift schedule with guaranteed hours ranging from 36 to 48 hours per week
