Required Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Current, unencumbered RN licensure
  • At least 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience (within the past 2 years)
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Proven ability to circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical specialties
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Adaptive and comfortable working across interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe, compassionate care to patients in a dynamic OR setting
  • Maintain aseptic technique and uphold infection control standards
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow staff throughout procedures
  • Prepare operating rooms, including supplies, equipment, and instrumentation
  • Effectively manage documentation and patient records
  • Educate and advocate for patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively

$2,416 - $2,556/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
