Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with complex needs, including G-tube, trach, and ventilator dependence.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor and interpret signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document data to identify actual or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Valid LVN license.
- Over one year of relevant experience.
Provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
