Travel Registered Nurse ICU

• Setting: ICU in an acute care environment

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage lines and devices as appropriate
• Recognize and respond promptly to clinical changes and potential emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines to implement care plans
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; delegate tasks as appropriate
• Document care, outcomes, and observations accurately and in a timely manner
• Uphold patient safety and infection control standards; ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• ICU experience; 1+ year preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an ICU/critical care environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
