Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring Sales Team members for seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

• Base pay, $16.90 – $20.50 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
