• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly. You use company standards as a framework for success and keep the store clean, organized, and all styles shoppable.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with the Store Sales Manager
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Work effectively within a team
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

• Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift frequently
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
