Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and enhance client outcomes
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor account activity and support ongoing retention efforts

• Experience in account management, client success, or relationship management
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Experience working within a service‑based organization preferred
• Strong project coordination and client communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
