Job SummaryBeyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN. The Project Analyst will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating and maintaining the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.
Responsibilities- Plan, and organize resources to determine the cost, schedule, and technical objectives of assigned projects.
- Prepare Project Plans using cost, schedule, and performance objectives, resourcing, verification and validation, and risk management.
- Support procurement process with BNH Purchasing by managing and monitoring project charge codes.
- Coordinate with teammate organizations responsible for developing and executing tasks identified in the project plan. These include the but are not limited to user, requester, Engineering, Planners, Schedulers, Craft Supervision, Safety, Quality, Environmental, Security and Fire.
- Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope.
- Prepare monthly, weekly and daily progress reports and other briefings as required.
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks safely, with all quality attributes, on time, and within budget.
- Ensures compliance with appropriate codes, standards, and regulations.
- Support common work processes and procedures applicable to assigned tasks.
- It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Associates degree and a minimum of three (3) years progressive and relevant experience in supporting projects, project controls, or project coordination activities.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials to access the AEDC local area network.
- Current U. S. Citizenship required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to project controls concepts such as scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, or earned value
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., scheduling software, reporting tools, dashboards)
- Experience supporting project reporting or performance metrics
- Understanding of basic project management methodologies and lifecycle phases
