The Client Services Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s daily operations and long-term growth. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. This successful candidate will have excellent customer service and problem solving skills to confidently provide information and education to clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide white-glove service to new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary contact for inbound client communications.
- Prepare documentation for account openings, transfers, distributions, and other transactions.
- Monitor client onboarding progress and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for the advisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and custodian portals.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and preparation for client meetings.
- Liaise with back-office teams and vendors to resolve client issues.
- Support trading and account maintenance activities under advisor supervision.
- Manage multiple and competing priorities daily in pursuit of business objectives.
- Small amount of annual travel may be required for training.

Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners without direct control.
- Adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have good understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- Ability and desire to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 65 licenses
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
