Overview

Job Title: Integrated Master Scheduler

Location: Arnold AFB, TN - Tullahoma, TN (on-site)

Responsibilities
  • Provide scheduling support for Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) adhering to industry best practices.
  • Analyze results and perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) for subcontractor and internal IMSs.
  • Work with and advise DOD PM to analyze EVM in relation to schedule.
  • Analyze cost/schedule health metrics based on reports from Peoplesoft and other cost and schedule tracking software.
  • Perform cost/schedule analysis to inform the customer of ongoing programmatic risks and schedule trends within the organization.
  • Critically analyze cost and schedule models to build informative summary views for all levels of DOD leadership and management.
  • Manage ongoing cost and schedule efforts of various sub-contracts and inter-organizational staff (DOD, TOS, and A&AS) to improve inter-organizational communication and contract execution.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quickly learn cost and schedule specific tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Peoplesoft Financial, Acumen Fuse, Milestones Pro and similar software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in related field and 1-10 years of relevant work experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of good engineering practices
  • Knowledge of wind tunnels, engine test, and/or hypersonic
  • Knowledge of aerodynamics or aero propulsion sciences
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and the management of large complex construction projects is desirable
  • Prior experience working at a military facility highly desirable (AEDC experience a plus)
  • PMP credentials highly desirable
  • Microsoft Project proficient
  • P6 proficient
Security Clearance

The ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Other Essential Job Functions

The ability to travel up to 5%.
