Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an Group Manager – &C Enterprise Systems supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. Group Manager – &C Enterprise Systems will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating, maintaining and supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

The individual hired for this position will function as an &C Group Manager for the Enterprise Systems Group. The manager in this role is responsible for oversight, management and leadership of an &C Group level organization consisting of more than 70 personnel (organized in 4 sections) across a diverse set of Instrumentation, Data, and Controls (&C) specialties. Responsibilities also include ensuring TOS II contract requirements and deliverables are met in a safe, effective and efficient manner.

Extensive and effective coordination with customer, contract, and government organizations is required to be effective in this position. Planning and reporting both within the BNH organization and the DoD client is also required. The successful candidate will frequently interface directly with assigned government managers and technical leads in the Test Information Systems Section (TSDIB) and in the 804th Test Group in accordance with contract requirements and organizational leadership direction.

• This role is vital to meet Instrumentation, Data Acquisition, and Control (&C) contractual and test customer requirements associated with AEDC Aerodynamic Test Facilities. The manager in this role will be responsible for the following job duties:
• Responsible for leading the &C Enterprise Systems Group consisting of more than 70 personnel (organized into four sections) across a diverse set of Instrumentation, Data, and Controls (&C) specialties. Specialties include &C Engineers, Software Engineers, Engineering Technical Specialists, Design Drafters, and TMDE Coordinators.
• Responsible for delivery and/or operations of Test Mission Area Data and Control systems supporting the Aeropropulsion, Aerodynamic, Hypersonic and Space Mission Areas in support of the TOS II contract and the AEDC Mission.
• Interfacing and reporting to BNH Sr. Management, the Government Client, and other AEDC contracted functions.
• Delivery of certain &C contract level deliverables (CDRL) Design, Development, Sustainment, and Deployment of the Group assets will be accomplished through personal contributions and supervision of the assigned work force.
• Support the use of common work processes and procedures within assigned function across the TOS II contract.
• Provide priority input and direction for &C Branch planning/work coordination meetings.
• Participate in the development of long-term planning goals for the &C Branch. Interface with BNH, Government Client and other contractor counterparts to develop long term needs and goals associated with &C systems and processes.
• Provide directions to section supervisors for tasks required to support the AEDC Mission.
• Establish staffing requirements for engineering necessary to meet mission requirements.
• Ensure group personnel have appropriate training and certifications as required by Government regulations.
• It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree focusing on Engineering, Science, or Information Systems and a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and access to DoD network and computer systems
• Current U. S. Citizenship required.
