Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled technical Project Managers to support the 715th Test Squadron (715 TS) at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). The 715 TS operates world-class aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities, and this role is critical to advancing the nation's hypersonic weapon and flight systems. This position is located onsite at Arnold AFB, TN.
As a Project Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Provide guidance and recommendations to government stakeholders on project planning, resource allocation, and mission execution.
- Review project life cycles including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide input and monitor project timelines.
- Participate in project status meetings/calls and provide meeting minutes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
- Develop program plans and technical roadmaps.
- Work independently or with a team, demonstrate strong initiative, and organize tasking with minimal supervision.
- Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excel in people, organizational, management, computer, and leadership skills.
- Plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at a strategic level.
- U.S. Citizenship Level 2 - BS in Science or Engineering Field and up to 3 years of experience
- Level 3 - BS in Science or Engineering Field and 3-10 years of experience
- Level 4 - BS or MS in Science or Engineering Field and 10+ years of experience
- Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation.
- Must be able to maintain required clearance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Prior experience with government project management.
