Senior Finance Manager, Integrated Supply Chain

Job Summary

As the Finance Site Leader, you will oversee the financial operations of the Tullahoma, TN manufacturing plant, develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will provide continuous assessment of site performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support the company’s financial goals.

• Oversee the financial operations of the Tullahoma, TN manufacturing plant.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and improve cost efficiency.
• Be a strong business partner to the site leader and site leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within the site and business units to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.
• Support product line transition initiatives over time.
• Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation that values learning and a commitment to quality.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from time‑to‑time, as may be reasonably required of them.

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and CPA certification preferred.
• Seven (7)+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally in a large organization and manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Expertise in financial management, including general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet oversight.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and driving cost efficiencies.
• Experience with tools such as Tableau and/or SAP BI;
  Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills with a focus on influencing and driving change.

Base salary range: $ - $ plus benefits. Additional factors considered include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, market data, and applicable bargaining agreements.
