Senior Government Property Analyst

Job Overview

Senior Government Property Analyst – responsible for managing and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of government & customer‑owned properties and assets, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations.

• Manage acquisition, utilization, and disposal of government‑owned properties in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of assets: location, condition, value.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies on asset utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with government‑owned properties.
• Prepare inventory, financial, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with other government agencies, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to property management.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Participate in audits and inspections.
• Manage disposal of surplus or obsolete properties through auctions, transfers, or destruction.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of property analysts and specialists.

• 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• NPMA certification preferred.
• Certified Property Professional Specialist (CPPS) preferred.
• Active security clearance preferred and ability to obtain one.
