About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is responsible for building and maintaining patient-centered policies and processes, while supporting and developing a team that contributes to both a positive patient experience and the overall success of the practice.

Who We Are

At Tullahoma Vision Associates, we’re more than an eye care clinic, we’re a trusted part of the Tullahoma community. Since 1964, our team has been dedicated to helping patients of all ages see clearly, protect their eye health, and feel genuinely cared for every time they walk through our doors. We believe great care starts with great people. Our clinic is built on compassion, integrity, teamwork, and a true commitment to service.

Patients often tell us they feel “right at home” here, and we work just as hard to create that same supportive, respectful environment for our staff.

Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional, personalized care using advanced technology, high-quality eyewear products, and thorough, prevention-focused exams. But what truly sets us apart is our attention to detail and our dedication to doing what’s right for each patient, not what’s easiest or fastest. We continuously invest in modern diagnostic equipment, new treatment options, and the latest eyewear and contact lens solutions so our team can provide the very best care possible.

If you’re looking for a workplace where your work truly matters, your contributions are valued, and you can build meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers alike, you’ll feel right at home at Tullahoma Vision Associates.
