Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Schedule appointments and help manage provider schedules efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with appointments and questions.
  • Verify patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Collect patient payments and accurately process transactions.
  • Maintain efficient patient flow by communicating effectively with providers and team members.
  • Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and general office inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Support daily administrative tasks to keep the front office organized and running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout every visit.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures.
Experience,

Skills & Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is required (medical or healthcare office experience preferred).
  • Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new software.
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Able to remain calm and professional when handling difficult patients or situations.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
