Blue Water Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist to support the BCITS III program at Arnold AFB in Tennessee. The role involves handling phone and email requests, triaging issues and documenting resolutions for customers.
You will work with multiple departments to resolve software, hardware and networking problems, log calls in Remedy, and assist in developing user training materials. A Secret clearance is required or ability to obtain one.
