Position Responsibilities:

* This position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant's experience with operational skills required to be an effective leader

* Provides experience from training in all departments as well as suits the needs of the business

* Rotational operations assignments in all departments, including sponsored projects, functional assignments, and development of key leadership relationships

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree with 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 4 plus years of specific experience

* Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Preferred

Education and Experience:

* Master's Degree
