Job OverviewTE Connectivity’s Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every Team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity’s EH&S procedures.
Job Requirements / Responsibilities- Perform hourly quality inspection.
- Make and prepare boxes for components.
- Package components.
- Weigh components.
- Monitor machine equipment.
- Arrange for repair or maintenance as required.
- Follow safety guidelines.
- Follow company and department guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year work experience.
- Background check and pre‑employment drug testing required.
- All employees are required to wear safety toe shoes and safety glasses (PPE).
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Must be able to lift a maximum weight of 30 lbs.
- Must be able to push a maximum weight of 45 lbs.
- Must be able to pull a maximum weight of 55 lbs.

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $17.00/Hour (subject to change depending on physical location).
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
