- - Responsibilities:
Safely operate high-speed automated assembly equipment according to company standards;
Perform complex repairs, set-ups, and changeovers on assembly machinery;
Conduct quality checks and accurately document measurements according to the Quality Inspection Plan;
Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly preventive and routine maintenance on equipment;
Replace machine components such as sensors, punches, dies, stock parts, air cylinders, and belts as needed
