We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will deliver quality nursing care to patients, monitor and report changes in patient condition, and supervise CNAs.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable state and must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation and must remain current during employment
Job Requirements
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Deliver quality nursing care competently and knowledgeably
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
