Bright Spring Health Services' Adoration Health seeks a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Tennessee team in Tullahoma. The role provides 1:1 patient care in the home, following each client's plan of care, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
You will administer meds, document care, coordinate supplies, and work both independently and with a supportive care team. LPN/LPN license in good standing and CPR certification are required; home health experience preferred.
