Job OverviewEnsures that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements.
Job Requirements- Performing quality reviews and internal audits; evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
- Monitoring product life cycle processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product; providing improvement recommendations based on data.
- Collaborating with Quality & Reliability Engineers in project deliverables; owning and accomplishing standard projects with non‑complex customers.
Typically requires 4‑5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $46,000 – $69,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
