Job Description:

** Job Overview*
* Ensures that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements.

** Job Requirements*
* + Performing quality reviews and internal audits; evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

+ Monitoring product life cycle processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects.

+ Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product; providing improvement recommendations based on data.

+ Collaborating with Quality & Reliability Engineers in project deliverables; owning and accomplishing standard projects with non-complex customers.

** What your background should look like*
* Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

** COMPENSATION*
* -    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $46,000 - $69,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

-    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

-    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
